So, the town will be on its way to Wembley; but we are heading there.
Who's going?

I'm driving and taking my daughter ! I don't know Burnley at all, any pubs that are recommended near the venue?

I don't know Burnley that well myself - but it'll be M60/M66/A56/A682 for me to get to Burnley, I think, thankfully my girlfriend is driving! :)

As for pubs, one I could find close by was a Wetherspoon one which is not far from the venue:

Their Sunday Roast deal will be on, so that might be me tea sorted before the gig at any rate.

As for other pubs, this might help:

And there's also a handy map of the car parks in the centre of Burnley here:

http://www.burnley.gov.uk/downloads/Parking_in_Burnley.pdf

The library is clearly marked in that map, might be useful.

Thanks Warren, I might see you, I'll be wearing one of the Muses at ATP T-shirts, if it fits! I'll also have a blonde girl who is alot younger than me with me.

I'll have the same t-shirt on, having picked one up from Alistair on Friday in York :)

It was really a library; books everywhere, I sat on the book signing out desk!
Good to meet Alistair.

Kristin again on fine form, a slightly different set from last night, but again hitting all the right notes.

I'll post some photos in the 'photo' section

Was nice to see some familiar (and some new!) faces in Burnley. Thought it was a weird venue for a while, but promptly forgot when she started playing. I have no critical ability when it comes to KH shows, but that one seemed very good indeed. The songs off 'Speedbath' are just, um, electric, esp. 'Mississippi Kite'.

What most excites me is the two huge cameras they had recording it....

It was a good gig all round, and to be fair to the sound people in the library, the sound was absolutely spot on - much clearer and concise than at York.

I had initial problems getting my head round the fact that we were in a library and that it seemed quite surreal to have a gig there, but actually it worked really well.

Certainly didn't expect "Hook in Her Head" either as part of the encore, so that made it worth going just for that.

In the meantime, I too am excited by the fact that they had two camera guys there shooting the thing - hopefully they'll upload some video clips as it really was an intimate atmosphere.

It's been a good week for Burnley, yesterday their football team was promoted to the top level for the first time in 33 years.

There was a similar set up at Lancaster too; I spoke to Billy, I wish I'd asked him about it.
