I would suggest a good pair of walking shoes, a good walking guide to London and some time just wandering. You will see some amazing sights, particularly if you enjoy history and architecture. The Embankment at night is pretty special.

I rebuilt my battered old, recently broken iPod and I now have mobile music again. Its like coming out of sensory deprivation.
