I'm mostly just waiting for what will hopefully be the final doctors appointments. I have one later this week. Not sure if I will go home right away, or stick around through December like I originally planned. On one hand, I'm really ready to get home, but on the other hand, it be nice to take it easy for a few more weeks, just as long as I can get away from my sisters kids once in a while.

(But on the other hand, it would be nice to get away from here sooner rather than later.)

Sorry Brian, I meant to reply a while ago but I've been swamped with work since I got back from my holiday. I had three weeks with friends in Mozambique & South Africa, but it seems like a long time ago already!

Are you still on the mend, then? Are the doctors happy with your progress? Much as I love them, I couldn't imagine having to live back with my folks again...

It's great to be back, and a little overwhelming to see all the support from all of you. My last day of rehab should be Friday. Then I just have to wait for my last doctor's appointment (in december sometime) to be cleared to live on my own again. Can't wait to get back to California.

We just got back from holiday weekend before last, feet have barely touched the ground since. I was in the office all last weekend on a server move and software upgrade, last night was in Chester to see Laura Veirs - ace gig. Another TM related gig would be very welcome, it'd be good for a meet-up and a few pints as well.
